By using SuperBlocky, you agree to be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Sellers must accurately describe all items listed on SuperBlocky. This includes condition, completeness, known defects, missing pieces, box condition, and any other material facts about the item. Misleading or inaccurate listings may result in account suspension.
Listing stolen, misappropriated, or illegally obtained items is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
Listing counterfeit, fake, or unauthorized reproduction items is strictly prohibited. Items must be genuine. SuperBlocky reserves the right to remove any listing suspected of involving counterfeit goods.
Buyers and sellers must not conduct transactions outside of SuperBlocky checkout. Off-platform transactions are not protected by SuperBlocky buyer or seller protection policies. Soliciting off-platform payment is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.
Buyers will have an inspection window after delivery to review items before orders are finalized. The duration of the inspection window will be communicated at the time of purchase. Dispute functionality is coming in a future platform update.
SuperBlocky will offer a dispute resolution process for eligible transactions. Buyers and sellers are expected to cooperate with dispute investigations. Final decisions on disputes rest with SuperBlocky moderation.
SuperBlocky charges a 3.5% platform fee on completed sales, deducted from seller payouts. Buyers may be charged a 1.5% buyer protection fee. All fees are disclosed at checkout.
SuperBlocky reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, receive multiple substantiated complaints, or otherwise harm the marketplace community.
