Sellers may be asked to upload a photo with a generated SuperBlocky proof code to show they actually possess the item. When you create a listing, SuperBlocky generates a unique code (e.g. SB-7F3K9Q). Write this code on a piece of paper and include it visibly in at least one photo with your item.
Listings over $250 show a proof photo recommendation. Listings over $500 may require admin review before going live. Listings over $1,000 require manual admin review.
Users should never pay off-platform. SuperBlocky buyer protection only applies to purchases made through SuperBlocky checkout.
Sellers are expected to ship orders with tracking. High-value orders may require signature confirmation. Sellers who ship without tracking may not be covered under seller protection policies in the event of a dispute.
Expensive listings may require additional proof, manual review, or authentication before going live. Admins may mark listings under review and contact sellers to provide additional verification before the listing becomes publicly visible.
Buyers can open disputes for missing, damaged, not-as-described, counterfeit, or suspicious items. SuperBlocky moderators review disputes and work with both parties to reach a fair resolution. Dispute functionality is coming in a future update.
Every listing includes a Report button. Use it if you see stolen photos, counterfeit items, off-platform payment requests, prohibited items, or any other policy violation. Reports are reviewed by SuperBlocky admins.
